At Old Soul Artisan, we want you to be completely enchanted by your home fragrance and decor; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully package your unused items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to our studio safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5-7 business days.
